soft, sweet and singing
\nsparrow shining in the morning sun.
\nrich and radiating colors,
\nembodying and entreating,
\nenchantment rendered
\nby all of God\u2019s christened creatures.
\nbig and burly cow crow to the small
\nsoil-enriching earthworm,
\na warm treat for all birds alike.
\neach living, lives parceling and partaking
\nof nature\u2019s loving and lauding
\ndemeanor and divinity.
\nrules regulating putting and placing,
\nloving and caring for each of God\u2019s creatures.
\nbeauty bequeathing, intensifying and inwardly
\nspeaking to the heart and soul.
\nremembering and realizing,
\nsober, stately and sovereign,
\nringing and raising,
\nchanting between lives and living
\nour life in fullness and direction.<\/p>\n

Steven Jacobson<\/strong> was born and raised in the Midwest. He has attended multiple classes at the Loft Literary Center, including all levels of creative writing.
